Exploring Careers: Inspiring the Next Generation of Surveyors
I attended a speed networking event at Fulham Boys School as an RICS Inspire Ambassador. It's crucial for us as surveyors to bridge the gap with young talent. The students showed little awareness of our profession, emphasising the need for greater exposure and interest in surveying careers.
